1. Access and Registration
1.1 You must be a registered reseller to access the Portal. To register, you must provide accurate and complete information.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Permitted Use
2.1 The Portal is provided for the sole purpose of facilitating your business relationship with Dime Software. You may access and use the Portal only for lawful purposes.
2.2 You may use the Portal to obtain information about Dime.Scheduler, promotions, and other related materials.
3. Prohibited Activities
3.1 You may not:
- a. Share your account credentials with any third party.
- b. Attempt to access areas of the Portal not intended for your use.
- c. Use the Portal for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- d. Engage in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation of the Portal.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All content and materials on the Portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Dime Software and are protected by intellectual property laws.
4.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Portal without the express written consent of Dime Software.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 You agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information obtained through the Portal, including but not limited to product information, pricing, and marketing strategies.
6. Termination
6.1 Dime Software reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Portal at any time for any reason.
6.2 Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Portal and return or destroy any confidential information obtained through the Portal.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1 Dime Software reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
7.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to ensure compliance.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. By accessing or using the Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
