Dime.Scheduler was built with integration in mind. As it's effectively a planning layer on top of systems such as Business Central, we already had the platform at our disposal to expand our horizon.
The first step in the journey is a significant one: the Power Platform. By connecting our software to the Power Platform, citizen developers can easily create their bespoke solutions. Within mere seconds, a power user may be able to provide a tailored experience to their customers. They're able to send text messages or send emails to customers when an appointment has been scheduled or when the technician is on his way to their house. By linking Dime.Scheduler to the Power Platform, there is no way of telling where the internal administration ends and the customer experience starts. And all of it can be done by the customer themself at a fraction of the cost.
Secondly, and just as important, is to add intelligenceto the mix. With our new scheduling optimization product, we are bringing advanced artificial intelligence to SMEs to help them optimize their schedules, which helps them maximize their output, minimize time wastage, increase employee satisfaction, reduce expenses on fuel, and many other factors. All of that is within the customer's reach just by improving their scheduling processes and embracing the help of a number of clever algorithms.
A third pillar is connectivity. We've developed a mobile app specifically for the people in the field and on the road, so they will never miss an appointment ever again, while the planner in the office knows exactly where his people are so he's able to squeeze in a last-minute urgent intervention.
